Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Independent Living Team Leader

Location:         Central and East Manchester  

Rate:                Negotiable depending on experience

Length:            4 – 6 weeks initially, high chance of extension

Hours:              35 hours p/week Monday -Friday with one day WFH

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of 6 and deliver responsive Housing Management services across Sheltered Living Schemes for over 55s
  • Responsible for the Health and Safety and Risk Management across 8 schemes in Central and East Manchester
  • Improve support planning and quality assurance across the schemes
  • Responsible for a budget of £40,000 for social activities for residents
  • Ensure key performance targets are hit across Voids, Allocations, Tenancy Management and Customer Safety

To be considered for this role you will need to have an Enhanced DBS, start within a week and experience within Sheltered Housing is an advantage
