- Proven experience in property management with exceptional knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and maintenance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, bringing exceptional customer service skills to the role.
- Medium to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem-solver who thrives under pressure, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- ARLA or equivalent industry qualification desirable.
- Previous experience in leadership or team management roles.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
