Position:          Neighbourhood Officer

Location:         Manchester – Mossside – hybrid role

Rate:              Negotiable dependent on experience

Length:           End Nov   

Hours:            35 hours p/week (Mon-Fri)

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Responsible for the complete housing and neighbourhood management of a patch of properties across Moss side
  • Working to KPIs
  • Dealing with the allocations process of properties including selecting tenants
  • Inspecting void properties to ensure all required repairs could be completed allowing the property to be re-let in a timely manner
  • Carrying out viewings with residents and dealt with tenancy sign-ups
  • Dealing with any instances relating to ASB
  • Reporting repairs to the maintenance team for both properties and communal areas     

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to have worked in similar role previously, drive, have a DBS and be available to start within 1-2 weeks. Experience working on a QL Housing Management Software is essential for this role.
