We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a reputable Domiciliary Care service.
The role requires the candidate to be already CQC registered or willing to become registered.
Candidates must ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain high care quality for clients.
The position involves managing and supporting staff, ensuring they receive necessary training, and promoting the agency at events.
The salary is competitive, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

The Role Includes:

To alreadybe/become CQC registered
To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards
To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care
To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriatetraining necessary for their role
Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help growthe Business
