Supervising Social Worker - Low caseload

NonStop Care is working with a charity in the North West of England in order to help them find an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

They have a low caseload of about 8 foster families, so you will have more time to focus on each of the carers.

They also offer hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home, allowing you to have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to the foster families, located around Preston, Blackburn, Flyde, Manchester.

There will be an expectation to complete a Form F Assessment, but that is not the main part of the role. The Supervising Social Worker will complete one Form F per year or even once every two years.

The Fostering Social Worker will be working for a charity with a Good Ofsted and an excellent reputation. They use a therapeutic approach, so you will be working closely with the therapists, which will allow you to develop your skills within therapeutic fostering.

Requirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
