Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the Northwest as an Adult Social Care Locum. This is a full-time role, and will initially be a 3 month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling a Full caseload of Adult Social Care files
  • Dealing with Court of Protection in Welfare Applications
  • Handling Section 21A Challenges
  • Handling Ordinary Residence Disputes
  • Advocacy (preferably in the Court of Protection)

Hourly Rate: £55ph Umbrella

Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Candidates with recent Local Government experience is also highly desirable.

Travel to the office and court on occasion would be beneficial, but the client will consider fully remote applications.
