Social Worker - Adults Early Support Team in Manchester, earning £30 per hour, Hourly for a 3-month contract. What you will do:
- Assume responsibility for complex cases, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities to secure positive outcomes for citizens.
- Participate in the duty function, performing case work and attending daily meetings with Greater Manchester Police and mental health partners.
- Provide a triage function, offering advice, guidance, signposting, and referrals to partner agencies.
- Conduct strength-based assessments and provide interventions to meet needs while ensuring person-centred outcomes.
- Deliver adult safeguarding responses and identify risks, employing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Engage in multi-agency collaboration for effective planning and representation at meetings and reviews.
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification
- Willing to consent to & apply for an enhanced disclosure check
- Registered with the Health Care Professionals Council
- Willingness to travel to any location within Manchester City boundaries.
