Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Recovery Practitioner for a reputable non-profit provider focused on supporting individuals with Drug & Alcohol addiction.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the Substance Misuse field and be able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users.
Candidates are encouraged to apply from diverse backgrounds, including those with lived experience, disabilities, and from racialized communities.
The position offers excellent pay rates, a £250 training allowance, and a £250 referral bonus.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in key working and care planning.

Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
Deliver One to One interventions

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner;

Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
