Senior Social Worker - Adults MASH - ManchesterEarn £32 Hourly OngoingJoin Manchester City Council as a Senior Social Worker in the Adult MASH team and earn £32 hourly in this ongoing role. Based in Manchester, this is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced social worker to make a significant impact within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). What you will do:

• Provide oversight and supervision to ensure legal, policy, and ethical standards are maintained in complex situations within the MASH team.
• Manage a caseload of high-complexity cases, making critical decisions and providing high-quality supervision to colleagues.
• Facilitate effective safeguarding processes, conducting initial assessments and leading safeguarding adults planning.
• Prepare professional documentation and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes for adults in Manchester.
• Participate actively in team development and contribute to policy, procedure, and training improvements.
