Team Manager, TraffordPay rate c. £46 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Youth Justice Team in Trafford.An exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager in our Youth Justice Team has arisen - 4-month assignment.As a multi-agency team, our Youth Justice service delivers high quality services to children, young people and their families to achieve the aims of preventing offending; divert children and young people from the Criminal Justice System and support those who are sentenced by the Court to either a Community Order or Custodial sentence and supporting Victims.
