Are you a proactive IT professional eager to drive digital transformation and make a tangible impact? We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in the UK with infrequent travel, you will report directly to the Operations Director and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our networks, hardware, and software systems operate at peak performance and security. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing productivity across the company and for individual users. You will manage our bespoke management system, oversee third-party developers, and ensure data integrity and storage solutions are robust and reliable.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing first-line IT support, delivering training on various systems, and managing our IT assets to ensure optimal performance. You will also be instrumental in safeguarding our digital security, staying ahead of industry standards, and coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in system administration, networking, and cloud technologies. You should be comfortable troubleshooting network issues, configuring software deployments, and managing complex IT projects from start to finish. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and project management abilities are essential.
