They're on the lookout for a Mid-Level Software Developer who's comfortable switching between projects, thrives on variety, and enjoys solving real-world problems with a team that's as passionate about tech as you are.

The role

As a developer in their team, you'll be working on diverse client projects - designing, building, and maintaining web applications using .NET, React, and Azure. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain back-end services using .NET (C#).
Build sleek, responsive UIs with React and modern JavaScript.
Leverage Azure cloud services for hosting, data storage, and scalability.
Work across multiple projects, adapting to different client needs and tech requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team stand-ups.
Write clean, reusable, well-documented code.
Help scope and estimate work with project managers and technical leads.

You Should Have:

3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Solid experience with .NET/C#, React, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new tech when needed.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, or Logic Apps.
Knowledge of Docker, microservices, or distributed systems.
Previous experience in a software house or client-facing role.
Unit testing and automated testing experience.
