About the Role

As a Mid-Level Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the organisation's core digital products. You will contribute to building and maintaining cutting-edge systems that blend automation with an exceptional user experience.

Working within a collaborative team environment, you will:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET microservices that power the organisation's platforms and customer-facing applications.

Work with cloud-based infrastructure, primarily AWS, utilising Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Contribute to building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and suggest innovative solutions.

Participate in an iterative development culture, focusing on delivering incremental improvements.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate developers who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team. To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:

Required Skills:

A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2-5 years full time commercial experience

Proficiency in C# and .NET development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in RESTful API design.

Understanding of design principles such as SOLID and clean coding practices.

Exposure to monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

Experience with CI/CD

Cloud experience (AWS ideally)

Behaviours & Experience:

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and improve.

Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
