Proclaim Developer - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) - 40,000 - 50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proclaim Developer to join a fast-growing and leading specialist law firm in the UK. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, team-based environment, focusing on the development and enhancement of Access Proclaim, the core system that underpins business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Proclaim case management system, including creating new workflows and templates.
• Optimise existing workflows to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Work within set deadlines to support business priorities and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with users and managers to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Test and deploy system changes, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
• Provide go-live support where necessary.
• Offer technical application support to internal and external users, liaising with third-party suppliers when required.
• Assist the Service Desk, taking ownership of support calls until resolution or escalation.
• Manage the Proclaim database, ensuring regular upgrades and patches are applied in line with vendor specifications.
• Work independently or as part of a team on development projects.
• Be flexible to work outside standard hours when required for urgent development work or project rollouts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Proclaim development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial):

• Experience with T-SQL.
• Knowledge of e-signing technologies.
• Experience working with web services and APIs.
• Previous experience in legal case management, particularly in Housing Conditions, Environmental Protection, or Litigation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• General IT support experience, such as Windows, Active Directory, M365, and Amazon Workspaces.
• Commercial awareness of business operations.
