About the Role: As the Software Development Team Leader, you will guide a skilled group of front and backend developers, working on diverse projects using the latest technologies. You'll manage end-to-end delivery, enforce quality standards, and create an environment where your team can excel. From driving improvements to removing blockers, you’ll ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a full-stack development team, driving results and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster growth, share knowledge, and build expertise.
- Implement and enforce governance for quality, processes, and standards, ensuring software solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business priorities.
- Manage risks and identify issues, proactively removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
