Job Title: Software Tester

About Us:Oscar Technologies' client, a leading tech company, is seeking a skilled Software Tester to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of their software solutions.
Role Overview:As a Software Tester, you will use both manual and automated testing techniques to identify issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in Selenium for automation, along with a keen eye for detail in manual testing, will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability.

Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium.

Collaborate with development teams to identify test cases and improve software quality.

Report and track bugs, and work with teams to resolve issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
Requirements:

Proven experience in manual and automated software testing.

Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with other testing tools or frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
