This role focuses on providing tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with additional learning needs, helping them to thrive in their educational journey. As an EYFS SEN TA, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities. Create a nurturing, stimulating environment to support children's emotional and academic development. Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure each childs needs are met. Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among students. What Makes This School Special?
