This role involves working within the SEN alternative resource provision, supporting a small class of 5-6 early years pupils with complex special educational needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to pupils with complex SEN, including physical disabilities, sensory impairments, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural concerns.

- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other educational professionals to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress and adapt strategies as needed.
