Aspire People are currently recruiting for high-demand SEN 1:1 TA positions within alternative provisions, pupil referral units (PRUs), and mainstream schools.About the Role:* Provide 1:1 support for students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties.* Work within alternative provisions, PRUs, and mainstream schools, supporting students with challenging behaviour.* Assist in implementing EHCPs and individual behaviour management strategies.* Build positive relationships to support students' academic and personal development.* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.Requirements:? Previous experience working with children with SEN in the UK (essential).? Strong behaviour management skills - experience dealing with challenging behaviour is a must.?
