About the Role:
An inclusive and supportive school in South Manchester is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. You will play a vital role in providing tailored support and fostering a positive learning environment for pupils who need it most.

The successful candidate will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom.
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting resources to meet pupils needs.
Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth through a patient and nurturing approach.
Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team to ensure each child's success.
Exhibit resilience and adaptability, addressing the varied challenges of working with children with SEN.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional, child-related references.
