Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Manchester starting from February half term. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom and provide invaluable support to both students and teachers

We are looking for a teaching assistant to work with teachers to support students progress and attainment by supervising small groups or individual students. Successful candidates will need to work flexibly in various environments including assisting students across multiple lessons and subject areas at one time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities
  • Support students with their learning needs, both individually and in groups
  • Provide additional support to students with additional needs, where required
  • Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support students during break times and lunch periods as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential
  • A passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their success
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the classroom
