Position Overview:As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a seamless educational experience for students when their regular teacher is unavailable. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and promoting a positive and productive learning environment across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently, ensuring all students are engaged and on-task.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
  • Implement and maintain strong behavior management strategies to address disruptions constructively.
  • Provide tailored support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and school leaders to ensure lessons are delivered smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Essential: A minimum of 1 year of UK-based experience in schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to diverse educational settings.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
