The Role:

  • Teach a primary class (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 - based on your preference and strength)

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons

  • Assess pupils' progress and support individual development

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Receive full ECT support, including a trained mentor, scheduled release time, and CPD opportunities

We're Looking For:

  • A Primary ECT (or trainee teacher expecting to gain QTS by July 2025)

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reflective individual

  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
