We are working with welcoming primary schools across Greater Manchester that are fully equipped to support ECTs through their induction years. These schools offer inclusive environments, collaborative staff teams, and outstanding mentorship to help you thrive.
The Role:
Teach a primary class (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 - based on your preference and strength)
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons
Assess pupils' progress and support individual development
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Receive full ECT support, including a trained mentor, scheduled release time, and CPD opportunities
We're Looking For:
A Primary ECT (or trainee teacher expecting to gain QTS by July 2025)
A caring, enthusiastic, and reflective individual
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
