Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Tyldesley, Manchester
Salary: £125 - £185 per day, dependent on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

SEN Teacher Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will deliver tailored educational programs to students with SEMH and communication needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent school contract after an initial period through Reeson Education.
SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum, adapted to meet each student's unique needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and success.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
SEN Teacher Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEMH and communication needs.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and ability to adapt it to individual learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
