SEN Teacher Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will deliver tailored educational programs to students with SEMH and communication needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent school contract after an initial period through Reeson Education.

SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum, adapted to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and success.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.

SEN Teacher Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
