About the Role:
As the Head of Conveyancing, you will:
- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team of conveyancers and support staff.
- Oversee residential and commercial conveyancing matters, ensuring exceptional client service and compliance.

- Collaborate with the senior management team to influence and shape the future of the practice.
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record of handling complex cases.
- Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer qualification preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- A client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
