Are you an experienced nurse with management and supervisory experience looking for a part time and more flexible opportunity?

We're looking for an experienced and supportive clinician to provide support, advice and guidance to a team of nurses working across three small learning disabilities services in South Manchester and Trafford in 18 hours over 2-2.5 days in a working pattern that suits your work-life balance.

An established provider, new to the Manchester area, with a refreshing approach to a great working culture has taken management of a long-standing provider's care services to continue the excellent work for which they were renowned.

Completing a multi-disciplinary leadership team, the role involves:

  • Supervising, training and coaching the registered nurses
  • Supporting the service managers with admissions and working with external parties
  • Review of policies and internal auditing
  • Resolving escalated clinical matters
  • Reviewing care plans with the team and clients

This role is perfect for an experienced nurse looking for a step down from management, to use their experience to allow the services to continue providing quality and compassionate care.
