Core duties:
Supporting a team of Directors, Architects, legal ream and wider office with a varied administrative workload
Type, draft and produce documents efficiently and preparing reports
Taking dictation at meetings, using a case management system, formatting and editing documents
Organising electronic job folders
Answering phones, taking messages and acting as first point of contact into the business
Job Essentials:
At least three years administrative support experience
Knowledge of working within sub-contract, project management, legal or construction sector is a distinct advantage
Strong MS knowledge and a natural born organiser
