To support their continuous growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement team.

Role Overview:
The Purchasing Manager will play a key role in overseeing the procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment essential for our manufacturing processes. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and work closely with other departments to ensure that materials are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies for materials, supplies, and services.
- Manage and evaluate supplier performance, building strong relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Monitor and forecast demand levels to ensure continuous supply while minimizing excess inventory.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team of 5, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To succeed at this role, you will need proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector, and a strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and supplier relationship management.
