The Content and Resource team are looking for someone to help them produce AQA's event materials. You'll be joining a vibrant and friendly team, work with colleagues in events management, subject support and copyright as well as external authors to create engaging resources for our teacher training events. With tasks like formatting and templating using PowerPoint and Word, along with checking spelling, punctuation, grammar and tone of voice to ensure events packs are completed on time and within budget, this is a great opportunity to use your expertise and passion for content - with a focus on quality and consistency.
We're looking for someone with
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail to ensure content meets quality standards
The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external subject experts
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Experience working independently as well as part of a team
A positive attitude.
Contract details:
Hourly rate: 13.00 (13.51 with regional adjustments)
Dates: Early November until mid of December
Hours: 35 hours a week
Location: University of Manchester campus or University of Surrey campus (in Guildford), with the option to work some days remotely if the role you are assigned allows for this.
