The Role:
As an Access Control & CCTV Engineer, you’ll be out in the field, servicing and maintaining critical security systems in public spaces and town centres across South West Manchester. Whether you’re working on exciting projects in large commercial properties or ensuring the safety of vital public areas, your role will be instrumental in keeping people and businesses secure.
You’ll be the face of the company on-site, delivering top-quality service with a focus on security systems that matter most to our clients. This is more than just another service role – it’s your chance to make a real impact!
What You’ll Do:
- Service & small works on Access Control systems and both Analogue & IP CCTV cameras.
- Work with leading-edge systems, including Dallmeier, Synectics, Intratec, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, and 360 Vision.
- Set up networking and be comfortable with configuring systems on laptops (experience with Networking is highly desirable).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively to ensure systems are running smoothly and client expectations are exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working with IP CCTV and Networking systems.
- Experience with wireless systems like Siklu is a bonus, but not essential.
- A full UK Driving Licence is a must.
- IPAF certification would be great but is not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
