Business Systems Manager
Salary: Up to 50,000 + 20% Annual Bonus

Our client, an innovative company in the insurance sector, is looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to join their team in a brand-new role. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a significant launch: a cutting-edge online broker insurance platform designed to transform how brokers and customers interact with insurance products.



About the Role

As the Business Systems Manager, you will take ownership of optimizing and managing key business systems while driving improvements and efficiencies across the organization. Working alongside the Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in system integrations, data management, and ensuring seamless operations.

This role will also involve translating technical jargon into actionable insights for stakeholders, contributing to the design and build process, and overseeing project management for new system initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

  • System Oversight: Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of business systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align systems with business goals and needs.
  • Project Involvement: Lead system integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Data and Reporting: Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and functionality.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and train end-users while ensuring seamless system operations.
