CRM Manager - Drive Customer Engagement

One of our clients is looking for a CRM Manager to lead their customer engagement strategy. If you're passionate about personalising customer journeys, driving brand loyalty, and optimising every touchpoint - this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and own customer engagement strategies across Email, SMS & Loyalty
  • Build automated lifecycle programmes to boost customer retention and LTV
  • Use data-driven segmentation for hyper-personalised communication
  • Collaborate across teams to align CRM activity with commercial goals
  • Implement test-and-learn approaches to optimise results
  • Report on CRM performance and share strategic recommendations
  • Stay ahead of trends and technology, driving continuous innovation
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and UK data regulations
