And we’re looking for a Head of Technical Operations to step in, steer, and help scale the Business Support Services team to new heights.

What You'll Be Owning and Leading:

In this standalone leadership role, reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll reimagine and reshape the business operating model into one of optimised performance, streamlined processes, and unmatched client service. You’ll be handed the reins of a Business Support team ready to grow and evolve, positioned to become a bedrock of operational and commercial support across the entire organisation.

With six dedicated team members and a mandate to expand, you’ll collaborate with the Client Services team, tackle end-to-end RPO and MSP programme optimisation, and manage seamless transitions from implementation to steady-state.

Your core mission? Integrate, enhance, and expand the core functions:

  • Client Services (Account Management and Service Delivery)
  • Technology Services (Technology used both internally and externally
  • Contractor Operations (Compliance, Onboarding, and Payroll)
  • Data & Insights (BI & Analytics for precision insights)
  • Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology Services, and more

You’ll also work closely with the parent company to shape a shared vision, driving processes and systems that move the business forward. Whether it’s BI/MI roadmaps, service delivery standards, or strategic system improvements—you’ll lead from the front, inspire the best in others, and make things happen.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

  • Champion of Change: Lead the business analysis, project management, and enhancement of systems and processes, building synergy across departments and functions.
  • Master of Metrics: Elevate the Business Intelligence capabilities with an MI/BI roadmap that distinguishes this organisation from the competition and positions them as a client-driven powerhouse.
  • People & Process Leader: Raise the bar on documentation quality, process design, and implementation, creating an "exec-ready" standard across the business.
  • Strategic Partner: Forge strong relationships across Client Services, Direct Delivery, and other operational arms, setting a precedent for collaboration, cohesion, and excellence.
  • Innovator & Implementer: Lead the charge on new system enhancements, process changes, and third-party partnerships, balancing contractual, operational, and commercial needs with ease.
