We are looking for an experienced Software Development Leader to enhance and support a talented team in producing high quality, scalable solutions.

The role:

• Lead a squad of talented software engineers in delivering large-scale solutions.
• Ensure governance around quality, standards and processes within the team.
• Provide input into developer appraisals and professional development.
• 1-2-1's, recruitment, mentoring.
• Work closely with other teams.

Skills Needed

• Prior hands-on software development experience.
• Ability to lead technical solutions, people, delivery, and strategy.
• Delivery and results focused.
• Strong team player.
