Job Description:
- To ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded
- To provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry to the client’s return from their holiday
- To handle holiday enquiries professionally, offering helpful and precise guidance
- To manage incoming calls from direct clients and travel agency partners, assess their needs, and recommend suitable holiday itineraries
- To process online bookings and respond to email enquiries efficiently
- To manage payments accurately
- To attend relevant industry workshops and events to enhance knowledge and networking
- To contribute to the development of the company’s holiday programmes by suggesting areas for improvement, innovation, and new destination ideas
- To travel abroad to familiarise yourself with the countries we feature, ensuring first-hand knowledge of the destinations
Experience Required:
- Must have previous sales experience within the travel industry
- Strong geographical knowledge of Europe or South America
- Excellent written English
- Strong sales techniques and professional telephone manner
- Experience working to reach sales targets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and colleagues
