Front End Technical Lead
Location: Manchester
Salary: £65K- £70K
Hybrid: 3 days in Manchester Office

The Role:
As the Engineering Team Lead, you'll manage and support a team of web developers while actively contributing to coding and various product initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help deliver our exciting product roadmap and expand our market presence.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining Single Page Applications (SPAs)
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and driving performance
- Strong expertise in the Angular framework, including Angular Material and AG Grid
- Solid understanding of reactive programming (RxJS) and test-driven development (Karma & Jasmine)
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and best practices in design patterns and OOP
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and SCSS
- Knowledge of REST API standards is a plus
- Experience with AWS (Cognito, Cloudfront, Lambda) and ReactJS is desirable but not essential
