£48,000 - £55,000 + Days Based + 10% Bonus Scheme + 33 Days Holiday + Additional Company Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Irlam, Carrington, Warrington, Salford, Sale, Leigh. Other locations also considered.
Are you from a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor background with experience in a manufacturing, fmcg or similar industry and looking to move into a days-based position within a company well known for their excellent benefits package?
In this role you will work to manage the existing Maintenance/Engineering function of a successful business where you will lead the department to minimise downtime and maximise output.
This company are a market leader within their industry and have operations across the globe, they supply their services to wide range of blue chip clients and due to continually expanding order books and investments across all sites there has never been a better time to get on board.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a maintenance manager or similar level role looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
-Managing the existing Engineering function of the business to minimise downtime and maximise output across the site
-Days based (Monday Friday) (Flexible start and finish)
-Predominantly away from the tools in a managerial/office capacity, however occasional on tools work will be required

The Person:
-Previous experience working in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Supervisor level role or similar
-Manufacturing/FMCG background
-Previous experience in a recycling/waste environment will be considered beneficial but not essential
-Experienced candidates at a supervisor level or similar will also be considered
-Looking for a long term role
