We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and building lasting relationships with clients in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential FMCG clients to expand our client base. Develop and implement strategies to attract and win new business.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on their recruitment needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine business development strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, showcasing our recruitment expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment deliverables. Provide feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends. Use data to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably within the FMCG sector or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and client needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
