Allegiance Group are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and be at the forefront of driving growth and client success. As the Business Development Manager, it will be your job to attack our UK Technology market across IT Support & Infrastructure, Software, Data and AI. Due to our high performing delivery team all you have to worry about is the client side, no candidate crossover or interaction at all!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Foster Relationships: Engage with new clients daily to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Expand Our Reach: Identify and secure new accounts and roles, providing a steady stream of opportunities for our delivery team.
- Network with Purpose: Attend industry events, network proactively, and book meetings with key decision-makers to grow our client base.
- Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new roles and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
