This is a fantastic opportunity for a people and service focused Screening Manager to join Reed in our Reed Screening business. Due to the continued success of Reed Screening, we're seeking a Screening Manager to work collaboratively with clients and senior management to deliver an outstanding service, which will support the continued growth of the business, whilst managing and developing a high performing a team in our Manchester office.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Day-to-Day operational management of the team (inclusive of managing annual leave, sick absence, performance reviews and development)
  • Achieve key KPIs and SLAs, whilst also delivering a value add programme to your clients
  • Create, maintain and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to forecast outcomes for clients and internal departments (i.e. finance)
  • Manage Profit and Loss to ensure your business area is cost efficient
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
