About the Role

As aTechnicalAuthor, you will be responsible for producingtechnicaldocuments for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. You'll support projects across the entire product lifecycle.

This broad role involves:

  • Developing and reviewing documents like product specifications, FMEA reports, reliability studies, and qualification test procedures.
  • Supporting product qualification and validation.
  • Providingtechnicalassistance for customer installations.
  • Collaborating with the team on cable design, product testing, andtechnicalcustomer support.

What We're Looking For

The idealTechnicalAuthorwill have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Engineering setting.
