Our client, a privately owned company based in Manningtree is now hiring for a temporary Operations Support Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Administer governance systems, ensuring compliance with all processes.
  • Collate and update data from weekly/monthly reports and audits.
  • Prepare purchase and work orders, coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers.
  • Review and manage open work orders, ensuring timely closure.
  • Maintain records for calibrated machines across locations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
  • Organise courier bookings nationally and internationally.
  • Promote quality management and comply with Health & Safety policies.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in database management, Word, and Excel.
  • Adaptability to learn in-house IT systems.
  • Organised with exceptional time management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working without supervision.
