Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Temporary Administrator to join our team in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Taking Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Mail Merging: Prepare and send out mail merges for various communications and documents.
  • Raising Purchase Orders (PO): Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconciling Orders: Verify and reconcile orders, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed and resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours
