**The Role:**
As the successful candidate, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising employers and employees on various employment law matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunals
- Handling TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations
- Providing guidance on workplace disputes
- Advising on Settlement Agreements
- Delivering HR and employment law training to clients
