Partnerships Manager/Engagement Manager. Community Healthcare, Public Health.

My client is a dynamic, award-winning national public healthprovider looking to strengthen their management team, with the addition of a Partnerships and Engagement Manager.

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, and influence the ongoing success and growth of the organisation. They have a wide range of health and lifestyle services, and you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with key partner organisations, as well as developing a forward-looking engagement strategy to further build new networks and opportunities for additional referrals.

This will be challenging, varied and rewarding. An additional element of the role is leading a team who manage relationships across different areas of the East Midlands area, as well as a marketing professional.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

- be innovative, creative and excited about performing a key role in a growing business

- have knowledge of the health & social care landscape and how care services are delivered, including stakeholders such as local authorities, communityand voluntary services,the ICB, primary & secondary care etc

- be a confident and articulate communicator, able to foster and develop long-lasting relationships andinfluence decision makers

- be a passionate leader who can further develop an already positive team culture where people work autonomously
