Customer Service Advisor
Full time , Office based
£11.50 - £12.21 per hour, weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online forms.
- Provide advice on products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide timely updates on order status.
- Coordinate with engineers, sales teams, and suppliers to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Assist in scheduling planned maintenance and service appointments.
- Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and company news.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service contracts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new softwares.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
