Location: North MansfieldHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pmSalary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits + Study Support (if required)

A growing business in North Mansfield is looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting.
Prepare month-end journals, including prepayments and accruals.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls.
Liaise with external accountants on tax compliance and audit requirements.
Support workflow and process improvements within the finance team.

What You Need:

At least three years of experience in a finance role.
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and control.
Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
