Job purpose

- Inspection and storage of raw materials on receipt.

- Identification and communication of any raw material or packaging issues.

- Storage and loading of finished goods in a safe and timely manner.

- Compliance to food safety and quality procedures as outlined by the Technical Manager.

- To achieve targets and standards as outlined by the Production Manager.

Key responsibilities & accountability

- Compliance and engagement with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) as determined by our Technical Manager.

- Management and completion of Warehouse and Production documentation.

- Maintain hygiene standards (as outlined by site leadership) in all areas.

- Ensuring Food Safety, Quality and Legality checks and documentation are completed in a timely manner as determined by our technical systems.

- Loading and un-loading of raw material, finished goods and all other requirements as determined reasonable by our leadership team. Including but not limited to all relevant documentation.

- Operation, cleaning and maintenance of machinery to pre-determined efficiency targets. Whilst maintaining operational safety as a priority.

- Producing stock to agreed output rates and quality.

- Completion of Goods In process including but not limited to Quality, integrity and quantity checks of both goods and vehicles.

- Supporting leadership team to develop methods and processes to drive continuous improvement.

- Timely and effective completion of any other reasonable tasks requested by leadership team.

- Being respectful and considerate of our facility and its areas. (Ensuring communal areas and factory are kept to a high standard.

- Compliance to company Data Protection policy at all times.

- Train and develop any other team members that require support in their professional development.

- Opportunity to train and develop to Multi Skilled Operator in future.
