Are you an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyorlooking for an exciting opportunity in North Nottinghamshire? Join our dynamic team and work on prestigious projects building bespoke care homes and retirement villages.

As aSenior Quantity Surveyorwith us, you will be part of a main contractor that manages all phases of the build, including design and planning, construction, fit-out, and landscaping. Our projects are primarily JCT and D&B contracts, with values ranging up to 30m.

Responsibilities:

Lead the cost management of projects from inception to completion.
Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates.
Conduct risk and value management and cost control.
Advise on procurement strategy.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and variations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Provide advice on contractual claims.
Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
