Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactive ER Support: Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

  • Operational Excellence: Advise on and manage disciplinary, grievance, appeals, and redundancy consultations.
  • Absence Management: Assist in resolving long-term sickness cases, monitoring key trends, and implementing solutions.
  • Organisational Change: Support departments through restructures and process improvements.
  • Case Management: Handle a wide range of employee relations cases with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.

  • Experience: Proven success in a similar ER/HR role within a fast-paced environment such as retail, logistics, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation, including GDPR.
